In Praise of Living

keep up the spirit and fly
for there is no 'less' high

get out of bed and wander
live life a bit more grander

breathe as if it's your last
enjoy each moment, have a blast

make time for love, tears, joy rides
sail through rough seas and high tides

it's okay, at times, to miss the train
but don't let your dreams go down the drain

savour passions, relive adventures
take full pride in all your ventures

cook, drink, read, sing, play, paint
be the devil outside, on the inside a saint

dress up, come out, bike-ride, get going
walk on grass, dance in rain, feel wind blowing

it's all there in you, and you are everywhere
Life is beautiful, dear! it ain't a nightmare

let aside fears, simply flap your wings
the right time is now, break all the jinx

keep up the spirit, dive and fly
for if you believe, there is no 'less' high
